Description

Elite is a new premier offering from Boss Audio.  Now, before you hit the back button, do a little research.  They are so well built that Elite backs these amps up with a 3-year warranty.  And they produce MORE than their rated power.  Our industry friends Dean and Fernando at Five Star Car Stereo prove it here: Elite Amp Dyno Results.

What does it take to install it?
We hand-build your input/output harness, which provides high-level signal inputs into the amplifier, and also the amplified outputs to the bike.
This is 100% plug & play under the seat with 1 existing connector on the bike now.  This part is shown in the images.

We also hand-build your power harness, featuring 8-gauge OFC wire, all pre-terminated and 100% done and complete.  You don’t have to crimp anything.
Connect the power wire with the integrated weatherproof AGU fuse-holder to the battery + terminal.
Connect the ground wire to the battery – terminal.
Connect the remote turn-on to the ACC + in the fuse box.
Note that this part is not currently shown in the images, but will be added.

At the amplifier, everything plugs in.  Inputs.  Outputs.  Power.

Check your settings, insert the main fuse (yes, it’s going to make a pop!), and take a ride to listen to your louder and clearer music.

Should I get the 4 or 5 channel?
The 4-channel is for anyone wanting to amplify the 4 speakers on a Tour model, 4 speakers on a bagger, or 2 speakers and a subwoofer (or midbass) on a bagger.  The amp is completely configurable, from how many inputs to use to excellent crossover controls.

The 5-channel is for those who think that maybe at some point you might want to add a subwoofer in the future, or if you know you are going to add a subwoofer.   Just because the 5th channel exists, you don’t have to use it.  You can configure it as a 4-channel for now, and then connect up for the 5th channel when you add a subwoofer.

What about all the settings at the end of the amp?
We provide a step-by-step worksheet for you to complete.  Just check the boxes and know you have it set up right!  We don’t just make the interface parts to make the installation easier.
