Ordering your parts.

Please use the dealer list >here to locate your closest dealer who supports you! Call us directly if we don't have a dealer close to you (we welcome your suggestions for dealers as well!).

Online orders are removed from the system at 9am and again at 12pm.  Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next business day (including "Air Shipment" orders; this includes Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select).  Air Delivery orders after 12pm should be placed by phone only.  We cannot guarantee Next Day delivery on orders after 3pm.  We try to process all orders the same day, but due to heavy order levels, this may not be possible.

Methods of Shipping.

United States.  Unless otherwise requested, we use Priority Mail for smaller parcels and UPS Ground for larger parcels.  Next-Day, Second-Day, Third-Day and Fed-Ex service available on request at additional charge.  All packages are insured for your protection. 

International (including Canada).  Unless another method is requested, your order will ship United States Air Mail.  The customs form will list the contents as "Motorcycle Parts" and will be insured for your protection.  We absolutely WILL NOT mark packages as gift or under value the shipment.

UPS International Info (including Canada):  Customer will be responsible for all International Shipping Charges, Taxes, Brokerage Fees, & Duties that may be charged to get you your product.  Any additional shipping charges that are charged by shipping company to ship your products will be billed to your card.  All other fees will be collected once the product is landed in your country through your customs department.  By selecting UPS as your carrier, you may be subject to brokerage fees.  Contact your local UPS office or check at >http://www.ups.com for more info.

Methods of payment:

Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.  Please DO NOT send a credit card number through e-mail!
Pre-pay with a money order, cashiers check, or personal check. Please call for shipping charges.
COD.  Available through UPS, FedEx and US Mail.  Additional charge for COD applies.
